  • Positive Working Capital
  • Long-Term Debt to Equity Ratio of  2:1 or Less
  • Maintain Net Worth
Terms of Financing:
  • Amortization 5 to 20 Years
  • Interest rates Indexed to the  90 Day LIBOR
